FIFA 12 Penalty Tutorial: How to Take a Penalty

Hi Guys,


I guess by now everyone would have downloaded the Fifa 12 Demo and played the have for hours together. This tutorial is for those who are having difficulties in taking Penalties with the new system

There are a few things that you have to keep in mind when you take penalties this year

• You have to press the shoot button with in the green region in the meter. It can also bee in yellow but it make result in missed shots. The closer the needle is to the green region the better your shot is.
• Once the spot in the meter is fixed you can hold down the shoot button to power up your shot. If you hold it for too long your shot will fly over the top
• To aim the shot you have to use your direction key. Once you set the position and decide the power you have to choose the direction. You will aim in the middle by default and the longer you hold the direction key in a particular direction the farther the ball will travel in that direction 

Finesse Shot:

You can follow the above instructions only difference is that when you shoot use the "RB" to take the shot with more precision.

Chip Shot:

You can follow the above instructions only difference is that when you shoot use the "LB" to take the Chip shot and fool the keeper.

Stutter Kick:


You can take a stutter kick like C.Ronaldo by just pressing the shoot button again while the striker is running in to take the kick.
